Important Notice: Protecting Our Investors from Impersonation Fraud
We have recently become aware of real-life impersonation attempts involving individuals falsely claiming to represent DaScient™, LLC or its leadership team, including Don D.M. Tadaya, Founder and CEO.
These unauthorized individuals may attempt to contact potential investors through email, phone calls, or social media, falsely promising investment opportunities or partnerships.
To protect yourself and ensure your communications are legitimate, please note the following:
Official Communication Channels
All legitimate investor communications will come only from verified company domains and accounts:
• Official email addresses end in @dascient.com
• Our official website is www.dascient.com
• Our only official social profiles are linked directly from our website
If you receive messages from Gmail, Outlook, or other domains (for example ofmailbox222@gmail.com, managementtask394@gmail.com, hjjbvteea@gmail.com, or similar), please disregard and report them immediately.
They may provide bank information and requests "replacing ACH direct deposit acct for payroll", or similar (e.g. Bank: Green Dot Bank, Account: 303210381804, Routing: 124303120, Type: Checking). Please DO NOT SEND payments and contact us immediately at finding_torres@dasient.com
We have also received notifications stating that a man named, JOSEPH TORRES, and several of his acquaintances are impersonating members of DaScient™, LLC. Other names currently under investigation are ANTHONY CELIS and FERNANDO ARGOMANIZ SOTO JR.
What to Do if You Are Contacted
If someone claiming to represent DaScient™, LLC contacts you:
1. Do not send any funds or personal information.
2. Forward the message to security@dascient.com for verification.
3. Report the incident to local law enforcement or to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (https://IC3.gov) if funds were requested electronically.
